AgeWell Daily started the way most useful things do: with a problem I couldn't ignore. In my late 40s, my mornings began with stiff hips, cracking knees, and that slow “Tin Man” walk to the kitchen. I assumed my joints were simply wearing out. A physical therapist showed me they weren't, and that most of what I felt could be improved with small, boring, consistent habits.

This site is where I write down what I learned, and what I keep learning: short morning routines, anti-inflammatory eating that doesn't require a nutrition degree, and honest takes on the supplements I've actually tried.

Everything here is written for women over 50 who want to keep gardening, walking, and living without planning their day around their joints. No medical jargon, no miracle promises.
